<p><strong>Position: Recruiter / Lead Recruiter / Non-IT Recruitment Manager (Broking &amp; Financial Domain)</strong><br><strong>Location:</strong> Work from Home (Remote) / Hybrid - Noida <br><strong>Experience:</strong> 5–10 years<br><strong>Industry Focus:</strong> Broking, Financial Services, BFSI, WealthTech</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are looking for a smart, sharp-minded <strong>Lead Recruiter / Non-IT Manager</strong> who brings not just experience, but <strong>ownership, insight, and intent</strong> to lead recruitment in the <strong>Broking and Financial Services domain</strong>. This role demands more than just hard work—it needs <strong>smart execution, market awareness</strong>, and <strong>strong client and candidate management skills</strong>.</p><p>This is a remote opportunity, but it’s <strong>not a “work-easy” role</strong>. We seek someone who thrives in dynamic environments, understands urgency, and acts like a true partner—<strong>to clients, to candidates, and to the team.</strong></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Lead end-to-end recruitment</strong> for Non-IT roles across Broking, Wealth Management, BFSI, and Financial domains.</p></li><li><p>Strong grasp of <strong>industry terminologies</strong> and <strong>functional roles</strong> such as Equity Advisors, Relationship Managers, Compliance Officers, Dealer/Traders, and Risk Analysts.</p></li><li><p>Act as a <strong>client success partner</strong> by understanding JDs, business priorities, team structures, and expectations deeply.</p></li><li><p><strong>Build rapport</strong> and hold meaningful conversations with candidates to assess attitude, skills, and fit.</p></li><li><p>Use <strong>tact, empathy, and sharp negotiation skills</strong> to onboard top talent effectively.</p></li><li><p>Create and manage <strong>MIS, tracker sheets, and dashboards</strong> using Excel or Google Sheets.</p></li><li><p>Take ownership of <strong>follow-ups, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining coordination</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Communicate requirements clearly to sourcing teams and drive results with <strong>team collaboration</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Maintain <strong>strong coordination with clients</strong> and internal team for timely closures.</p></li><li><p>Stay self-driven, maintain accountability, and work with a <strong>performance mindset</strong> daily.</p></li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li><p>Minimum <strong>5 years of experience</strong> in Non-IT/BFSI recruitment, preferably with <strong>broking clients</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong in <strong>MIS, Excel, communication, and follow-ups</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Excellent understanding of recruitment lifecycle and candidate psychology.</p></li><li><p>Someone who can lead <strong>from the front</strong>, inspire the team, and act like a sniper in tough-to-close roles.</p></li><li><p>Ability to <strong>own the desk</strong>, drive closures independently, and report effectively.</p></
