From sharpening our GTM strategy, scoping the next 10x product cases, to helping us scale and grow effectively. Expect a steep learning curve, direct ownership, and work that's visible across the entire company.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Your tasks</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build the future: as a Founders Associate Intern, you take ownership of our biggest upside opportunities and toughest challenges. You work end-to-end and have touchpoints across every department at Tacto, so you can expect to:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Be the Builder</strong> – Assume responsibility on high-impact end-to-end strategic projects (zero-to-one from thesis building to operation)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Refine our GTM strategy</strong> – analyze early traction data, define hypotheses, and test cases to scale the motion</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Support the executive team</strong> – prepare C-level meetings with our most important customers and partners</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Conduct market and competitive analysis</strong> – identify next growth opportunities</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Currently pursuing or already completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a top-tier university with excellent grades</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">First professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital or business development</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have a natural curiosity and are eager to dive deep into our processes and understand the complexities of our work and our customers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are excited about AI and ideally have built something yourself</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are a strong communicator and have excellent written and personal communication skills in German and English</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Where our previous interns work now</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">After Tacto, over 10 former interns have founded their own companies, with e.g. 3 already going through Y Combinator. Others have joined programs like CDTM (5+ acceptances), moved into top consulting firms, or joined early-stage startups and VCs.
