Job Description
<p>(Network Smart Hands)</p><p>Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders, for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals and site security equipment</p><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. reporting), with the ability to run workshops for information collation</p><p>Works on projects of moderately medium-complex scope, and able to work with intercompany teams</p><p>Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures</p><p>Assist with support of data center and application architecture</p><p>Assist with troubleshooting basic network issues and understands the administering of switches, routers, and firewalls with the assistance of the Nutanix Remote Resolver Team</p><p>Knowledge of backup, tape, and exchange infrastructures</p><p>Typically, 2-5 years of experience</p><p>Ability to assist with configuring routers and switches under the guidance of the Nutanix remote resolver team.</p><p>Assist with the integration and customization of hardware components on operating system and networks under the guidance of the Nutanix remote resolver team'</p><p>9. Training Partner FEs are required to complete a 1-hour online training course on basic Nutanix hardware replacement processes, provided free of charge by Hemmersbach which includes a short 20 question test. FE must have a pass rate above 90% in order to be a Qualified Technician.
