In this role, you will review contractual information, perform quality checks, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while meeting established productivity and quality standards.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><p>Review and analyze contract data in line with defined processes, quality standards, and service level requirements.</p></li><li><p>Perform quality checks and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Conduct contract review and peer review activities in English and Spanish.</p></li><li><p>Use internal systems, tools, and reference materials to ensure accurate and consistent delivery.</p></li><li><p>Support reporting, process improvement, and client service activities.</p></li><li><p>Follow company policies, data privacy requirements, and compliance standards.</p></li><li><p>Respond to stakeholder requests and escalate issues where appropriate.</p></li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li><h3>Fluency in English and Spanish.</h3></li><li><h3>AI fluency as a nice to have asset.</h3></li><li><p>Experience in contract review, data analysis, quality assurance, legal operations, or a similar process-driven environment is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</p></li><li><p>Law degree, legal background, or equivalent experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Additional European language skills such as Portuguese or Italian are an advantage.</p></li></ul><h3>Work in a way that works for you</h3><p>We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
