<p>Our client is a fund management company (LFMC) by MAS in 2020.<br><br>They formed a multi-service mainline of wealth management, asset management, global open product platforms, and Internet finance, providing high-net-worth clients with comprehensive financial services such as wealth management, overseas asset allocation, high-end insurance, and high-end education.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Implement and maintain effective compliance framework, policies and internal controls for adherence to MAS requirements</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and maintain enterprise-wide risk assessment procedures and AML/CFT &amp; KYC checks on a continual and timely basis</li></ul><ul><li class="">Keeping abreast on all regulatory updates &amp; support management and business lines on compliance issues</li></ul><ul><li>Perform investigations and review suspicious transactions/ alerts.
