<p>InterSystems UKI have a Graduate opportunity for an Application Specialist role to work within the experienced and highly skilled TrakCare Laboratory Enterprise (TCLE) team.  The TCLE implementation team delivers TCLE to Clinical Laboratories which provides tools and reports to support the entire life cycle of lab services, delivery and workload across the enterprise.</p> <p>This 9 month paid contract offers a fantastic opportunity to learn how a fast-paced global software business ensures that their product is installed, and servers maintained across multiple sites.</p> <p><strong>This is a full-time role for new Graduates which is office based in Edinburgh or Windsor 5 days per week.</strong></p> <p>The Application Specialist Graduate - TCLE will be responsible for supporting the Delivery of TCLE into customers – the role will be office based but also customer facing.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be part of the Application Specialist team responsible for delivering TCLE day to day activities</li> <li>Undertake and support the following tasks as part of the implementation <ul> <li>System Configuration and Support</li> <li>Testing</li> <li>Troubleshooting</li> <li>Stakeholder Collaboration</li> <li>Data Integrity and Compliance</li> <li>User Training and Support</li> <li>Process Improvement</li> <li>Integration support</li> </ul> </li> <li>Use internal systems to support project delivery functions– JIRA/MS Project Online/ Workday</li> <li>Log all hours into workday against project or internal cost codes</li> </ul> <p>InterSystems is willing to provide training in all the above areas, but you would already need to be proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel, and have strong written and spoken English language skills.  You should have a strong understanding of LIMS functionality, interfaces, and configuration.<br>Domain Knowledge of laboratory workflows, with experience in specific areas like blood sciences, microbiology and Cell Pathology would be a significant asset.</p> <p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful global software business and take your first step into an exciting career in technology.</p> <p><strong>Experience & Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability in fast learning of specific requirements of complex operations</li> <li>This role is intended for recent or soon to be graduates from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.</li> <li>Eligible to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.</li> <li>Demonstrated initiative through academic excellence, extracurricul
