<h3>Amazon Brand Manager (Remote – CST Hours)</h3><p><strong>Department:</strong> E-Commerce / Marketplace<br><strong>Reports To:</strong> Head of E-Commerce / Director of Marketplace Growth<br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote (Must work US Central Time hours, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM CST)<br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time<br><strong>Experience Level:</strong> 4–5 years of hands-on Amazon experience</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We're looking for an <strong>Amazon Brand Manager</strong> to own the day-to-day performance and growth of our brand's presence on Amazon. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who has already managed Amazon listings, advertising, and operations for at least one brand and is ready to take full ownership of a P&L. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and creative teams to drive sales, protect brand equity, and scale profitably across Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><h3>Catalog & Listing Management</h3><ul><li>Own end-to-end listing optimization: titles, bullet points, backend search terms, A+ Content/Premium A+, and Brand Store</li><li>Manage new product launches, variations, and catalog hygiene (suppressed listings, flat files, category/browse node issues)</li><li>Monitor and resolve listing errors, hijackers, and buy box suppressions</li></ul><h3>Advertising & Growth</h3><ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns</li><li>Manage advertising budgets against target ACOS/TACOS and revenue goals</li><li>Identify and test growth levers: Amazon DSP, Subscribe & Save, Coupons, Lightning Deals, Vine, etc.</li></ul><h3>Performance & Reporting</h3><ul><li>Track weekly/monthly KPIs: sales, conversion rate, sessions, TACOS, inventory health, and account health metrics</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards/reports for leadership using Amazon Brand Analytics, Business Reports, and third-party tools (Helium 10, DataDive, Pacvue, etc.)</li><li>Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform pricing and positioning</li></ul><h3>Operations & Compliance</h3><ul><li>Coordinate with supply chain/operations on inventory planning, FBA shipments, and replenishment to avoid stockouts/overstock</li><li>Manage case logs with Amazon Seller/Vendor Support; resolve account health, policy, and compliance issues</li><li>Monitor for IP/listing infringement and policy violations; escalate as needed</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Partner with creative/design teams on imagery, video, and A+ Content updates</li><li>Work with finance on pricing, margin, and promotional strategy</li><li>Provide market feedback to product/marketing teams to inform roadmap decisions</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><h3>Required:</h3><ul><li>4–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts</li><li>Proven experience running Amazon Advertisin
