You will partner with Sales during pursuit efforts to shape mission-aligned solutions, then lead onboarding, training, and operational enablement to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes.</p><p>You will act as a trusted advisor to government, defense, and commercial partners — translating mission requirements into operational workflows and ensuring long-term adoption of <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/leolabs">LeoLabs</a>’ capabilities.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Pre-Sales &amp; Strategic Engagement</h3><ul><li>Partner with Sales to support customer discovery, briefings, demonstrations, and RFP responses</li><li>Translate mission needs into operational use cases and solution frameworks</li><li>Represent <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/leolabs">LeoLabs</a> in customer meetings, industry events, and regional forums</li></ul><h3>Customer Operations &amp; Enablement </h3><ul><li>Lead onboarding, structured training, and operational readiness programs</li><li>Serve as the primary operational point of contact for EMEA customers</li><li>Define success metrics and monitor adoption and usage</li><li>Provide operational leadership during exercises or critical events</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Work closely with Product and Engineering to represent customer requirements </li><li>Develop playbooks and improve operational processes across the customer lifecycle</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications </h3><ul><li>10+ years in military operations, defense, space operations, or complex technical environments</li><li>Experience in customer-facin
