<p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote</p><h3>Position Overview</h3><p>The Workday Benefits Consultant leads the design, configuration, and support of Workday Benefits solutions, ensuring accurate plan setup, eligibility rules, and seamless integration with payroll and external vendors.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p>Lead or support Workday Benefits implementations, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.<br>Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrollments, and event processing.<br>Partner with clients to optimize benefits administration processes and compliance.<br>Integrate Workday Benefits with Payroll, vendors, and third-party systems.<br>Execute testing, troubleshoot issues, and support open enrollment cycles.<br>Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support.<br>Support ongoing enhancements and Workday releases.</p><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><p>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.<br>Hands-on experience implementing Workday Benefits.<br>Strong understanding of benefits administration and regulatory requirements.<br>Experience with Workday configuration and reporting tools.<br>Strong communication and client-facing skills.</p><h3>Certifications</h3><p>Workday Benefits Certification (mandatory).</p><h3>Note:</h3><p>No 3rd parties; No Sponsorship - USC or Greencard</p><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
