Our Disney Streaming<br>team is looking for hardworking team players to join the Viewer Experience team, who will<br>thrive upon the legacy of Disney, ESPN+, and Hulu, embrace unconventional thinking, and who<br>are passionate about contributing to The Walt Disney Company’s direct-to-consumer (DTC)<br>experience through strategic hard work and determination.</p><h3>Job Summary:</h3><p>We are actively seeking to onboard a Viewer Experience Advocate to join our dynamic Viewer<br>Experience team. As a Viewer Experience Advocate you will be at the forefront of our viewer<br>interactions, playing a vital role in enhancing our brand image. Your technical prowess will be of<br>utmost importance as you skillfully address viewer needs, passionately recommend suitable<br>products, and fearlessly embrace new challenges.<br>In this role, your understanding of network functionality and familiarity with common<br>streaming devices will be instrumental in providing unparalleled support to our viewers. You<br>will be their go-to person for resolving technical queries and ensuring a seamless streaming<br>experience.<br>At the heart of this opportunity lies the chance to showcase your unwavering commitment to<br>superior customer service.
