We’re seeking a Systems Engineer II to join our growing team.</p><h3>How you’ll make us better:</h3><ul><li>Administer Office 365 including MS Exchange and SharePoint</li><li>Support Network and Email migrations</li><li>Administer Azure, AWS, and Hybrid Active Directory</li><li>Build and manage packages and applications for deployment with Intune, AutoPilot, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM)</li><li>Build and maintain infrastructure as code</li><li>Monitor and respond to infrastructure events using tools such as Datadog and OpsGenie</li><li>Perform regular system upgrades and patches to address vulnerabilities identified with Tenable</li><li>Deploy and maintain Cisco Meraki equipment and network infrastructure</li><li>Troubleshoot complex and escalated issues to include Root Cause Analysis on diverse systems and topologies</li><li>Author and maintain Azure Functions and/or Azure Automation Runbooks</li><li>Support information technology compliance with applicable regulations and standards including Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, to include artifact gathering for yearly audits</li></ul><h3>Your special skills:</h3><ul><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies</li><li>Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments and team members</li></ul><h3>Prerequisites for success:</h3><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related discipline preferred</li><li>Five (5) years of system administration or system engineering experience required</li><li>Certifications in Office 365, Azure, AWS, Cisco, and/or CompTIA Security + preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, including patch management and addressing security risks</li><li>Strong knowledge of networking concepts and technologies such as IPv4, DHCP, DNS, VLANs</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of Cloud SaaS offerings such as AWS, Azure, and Office 365</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory Administration, Certificate Services, and Remote Desktop Servi
