Together, we can drive meaningful change, spark innovation, and achieve extraordinary milestones.</p><p><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/kentro">Kentro</a> is seeking an experienced Enterprise Printing Systems Engineer to support our growing Endpoint Engineering organization and Enterprise Printing Initiative within a large-scale federal environment. This role is responsible for engineering, deploying, supporting, and sustaining enterprise printing infrastructure that enables secure, reliable, and highly available printing services across the organization.</p><p>The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience supporting enterprise print technologies and understands how printer infrastructure, endpoint management, security, deployment automation, and operational engineering intersect within complex enterprise environments. This individual will work collaboratively with engineers, architects, security personnel, and operational teams to modernize enterprise printing capabilities while supporting ongoing operational excellence.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours.</p><p><strong>Compensation Range: </strong>The salary for this position is between $114-129K/annually. Factors affecting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><h3>Enterprise Print Engineering</h3><ul><li>Install, configure, and deploy enterprise printers, multifunction devices, print servers, and supporting infrastructure.</li><li>Configure printer drivers, firmware, print queues, device policies, and security settings.</li><li>Support enterprise printer deployments and infrastructure modernization initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Operational Support & Maintenance</h3><ul><li>Perform advanced troubleshooting of hardware, software, print queue, network connectivity, and user access issues.</li><li>Monitor printer health, availability, and operational performance.</li><li>Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance with vendors and internal support teams.</li></ul><h3>Enterprise Administration</h3><ul><li>Administer enterprise print servers, printer queues, user permissions, and device configurations.</li><li>Maintain enterprise printer inventory and support asset lifecycle management
