This role is designed for a seasoned leader who can build trusted partnerships with healthcare payer and providers executives while guiding organizations through increasingly complex, data-driven challenges. As a key advisor, you will help health plans and healthcare providers unlock the value of their data, advance AI-enabled capabilities, and modernize their technology landscape—delivering measurable outcomes that enhance operational efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and improve member experiences.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Establish and nurture <strong>long-term, strategic partnerships</strong> with clients through continuous engagement, gaining deep insight into their industry, challenges, and growth priorities</li><li>Oversee the <strong>end-to-end delivery of client engagements</strong>, while identifying and driving new business opportunities and expansion initiatives</li><li>Manage a <strong>$5M+ portfolio</strong>, with accountability for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and overall account performance</li><li>Develop and execute <strong>account and business plans</strong> to achieve growth targets and expand client relationships</li><li>Lead the <strong>deal-shaping process</strong>, delivering compelling presentations and value propositions to executive stakeholders</li><li>Engage and influence <strong>C-suite and senior leadership</strong> to strengthen relationships and expand <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/nttdata">NTT DATA</a>’s footprint</li><li>Maintain a <strong>50% utilization target</strong> while balancing delivery excellence with growth objectives</li><li>Provide <strong>coaching and mentorship</strong> to team members, fostering the development of future leaders</li></ul><h3><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>15+ years of experience within the <strong>professional services industry</strong></li><li>15+ years of proven success in <strong>account or client management roles</strong></li><li>8+ years of experience in <strong>P&L management, financial oversight, and deal str
