You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to design, implement, and support SaaS-based solutions that address complex business challenges across industries such as banking and eCommerce. Your broad technical expertise and collaborative approach will drive successful integrations and lasting customer relationships.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Guide customers through design, development, testing, deployment, training, and post-deployment optimization to ensure smooth delivery and long-term adoption D</p></li><li><p>Design, consult, test, and troubleshoot customer integrations, including:</p><ul><li><h3>Mobile SDK integrations</h3></li><li><h3>Desktop and mobile web fingerprinting</h3></li><li><h3>RESTful API integration</h3></li></ul></li><li><p>Advise mobile and web application developers, fraud managers, and business leaders on implementation and industry best practices and aid in operationalizing insights from LNRS solutions</p></li><li><p>Communicate and present to internal and customer business stakeholders</p></li><li><h3>Occasional travel may be required</h3></li></ul><h3>Location</h3><h3>Remote – US</h3><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><p>Minimum 5 years of total professional experience – 7+ preferred – that includes:</p><ul><li><p>Minimum 3 years – 5+ preferred – in application development, ideally including mobile app development</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or technical project management</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Proven track record of delivering successful technology integration projects, ideally in fraud, payments, or security</p></li><li><p>Comfortable and skilled performing different consulting roles, including:</p><ul><li><p>Acting as the technical lead when paired with a project manager</p></li><li><p>Leading other consultants on customer-facing projects as the project manager</p></li></ul></li><li>
