The Senior Product Designer is a core part of the product trio and partners closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand educator workflows, frame the right problems, and deliver solutions that are valuable to customers, usable in the real world, feasible to build, and effective for the business. As a senior contributor, this designer also helps shape design team standards, mentors designers, and brings strategic perspective to complex, ambiguous problems across the portfolio.</p><p>This role carries elevated product design accountability. The Senior Product Designer is expected to shape discovery, workflows, interaction models, usability, and experience quality from concept through launch, while influencing how the broader team approaches design quality, tradeoffs, and decision-making.
