Understands customer needs and provides collections-related sales and service to <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/bmo">BMO</a> customers or prospects. Advises customers on payment strategies and products that meet their objectives. Fulfills sales and service activities for the customer in accordance with approved procedures.
