<p><strong><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/aecom">AECOM</a> </strong>is seeking a <strong>Senior BIM (Digital Design) Manager</strong> to lead digital delivery across our hyperscale data center portfolio. Reporting to and working alongside the Senior BIM Manager Lead, this role implements and enforces, at the project level, the firmwide BIM standards, execution plans, and coordination workflows that the Senior BIM Manager Lead owns. A central focus of the role is overseeing our U.S. BIM staff and global enterprise-capabilities (EC) partners and holding them accountable: monitoring their work against project standards, scope, and schedule, driving timely correction of deficiencies, and stepping in on the occasion project deliverables are in jeopardy of missing a deadline. This is a remote position open to candidates across the United States, with a hybrid option available for those near an <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/aecom">AECOM</a> office.</p><p><em>This position offers the flexibility of a remote work schedule and can be based from a variety of locations in the US where <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/aecom">AECOM</a> has an office.</em></p><p><em>Although the position is primarily remote periodic travel may be required for client meetings, key project milestones, onsite collaboration sessions, or other business‑critical activities. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with an opportunity for upward career mobility. </p><p>The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:</p><h3>1. BIM Standards & Execution</h3><ul><li>Implement and tailor project-level BIM standards within the firmwide framework owned by the Senior BIM Manager Lead, including BIM Execution Plans (BEP) templates, naming conventions, QA/QC checklists, and CDE folder structures suited to project type and client requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain project BEP and related documentation, aligned to industry standards, NBIMs, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum and ISO 19650, and client Exchange Information Requirements.</li><li>Lead administration of the project Common Data Environment (CDE), such as Autodesk Forma or ProjectWise: folder structures, permissions, metadata, workflows, archival/retention, and integration with project-management systems.</li><li>Run BIM kickoff meetings internally, EC partners, consultants and clients for all phases.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and information-delivery milestones, flagging risks in digital deliverables to the Senior BIM Manager Lead.</l
