<p><strong>Job Title</strong>: SAP MRO/Asset Management Architect<br><strong>Location</strong>: Remote (United States)<br><strong>Visa Status</strong>: US Citizens Only<br><strong>Security Clearance</strong>: Active Security Clearance is highly preferred</p><h3><strong>Job Description</strong></h3><p>We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled <strong>SAP MRO/Asset Management Architect</strong> to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes and Asset Management within SAP. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, technical configurations, and the ability to provide end-to-end solutions that meet complex project needs.</p><p>As the SAP MRO/Asset Management Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative and effective SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and project objectives.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MRO and Asset Management solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP functional and technical designs.</li><li>Provide subject matter expertise in SAP modules such as <strong>Plant Maintenance (PM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and MRO</strong>.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration of MRO/Asset Management solutions with other SAP modules like <strong>MM, SD, FI/CO, and PS</strong>.</li><li>Develop and deliver project documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and training materials.</li><li>Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.</li><li>Support end-to-end SAP implementation and upgrade projects for MRO and Asset Management.</li><li>Mentor and guide project team members on SAP best practices and solution design.</li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>8-10 years of experience</strong> in SAP MRO/Asset Management architecture and implementation.</li><li>Strong expertise in <strong>SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)</strong> and <strong>Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)</strong>.</li><li>Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP MRO solutions in complex environments.</li><li>Deep understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and overhaul processes.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP integrations across modules such as <strong>MM, SD, FI/CO, and PS</strong>.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li><strong>US Citizenship</strong> is required due to project restrictions.</li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Active Security Clearance</strong> is highly preferred.</li><li>Previous experience with government, defense, or aerospace projects.</li><li>SAP certifications in related modules are a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
