If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.</p><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px">We are currently seeking a Remote Database Administrator - Oracle to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>We are seeking an Intermediate-Level Oracle DBA responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, performance, and security of Oracle database environments supporting critical healthcare workloads.</p><p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Key Responsibilities• Manage and administer Oracle database environments across development, test, and production<br>• Perform database installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance<br>• Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and failover strategies to ensure business continuity<br>• Provide logical and physical database administration support including storage and structure management<br>• Monitor and optimize database performance and capacity<br>• Perform SQL tuning, indexing, and performance optimization<br>• Provide L2/L3 production support including incident, problem, and change management<br>• Troubleshoot database and system-level issues and coordinate with vendors as needed<br>• Implement database security, user access controls, and auditing<br>• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA<br>• Collaborate with data engineering, application, and infrastructure teams<br>• Support data integration, migration, and modernization initiatives</strong></p><p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong><strong>Required Qualifications• 6+ years of experience as a Database Administrator with strong Oracle experience<br>• 6+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL skills with performance tuning expertise<br>• 3+ years of experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19c or newer<br>• 3+ years of experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard<br>• 3+ years of experience with RMAN backup and recovery</strong></strong></p><p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong><strong><strong>Preferred Qualifications• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments<br>• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills</strong></strong></strong></p><p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong><strong><strong>Experience with Oracle Cloud, Azure, or AWS environments<br>• Exposure to data modernization or migration programs<br>• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or DataStage</strong></str
