We're currently seeking a <strong>Mid-Level Backend Engineer</strong> to join our team.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Be Up To</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Implement and extend backend services for the platform using <strong>.NET 10</strong> running in <strong>Docker</strong> containers.</li> <li>Develop features end-to-end, from database design through business logic to <strong>RESTful APIs</strong>.</li> <li>Contribute to keeping the platform scalable, reliable, and maintainable.</li> <li>Monitor services in production and help identify and resolve issues early.</li> <li>Write clean, well-tested code, including <strong>unit and e2e tests</strong>.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and other backend engineers in an agile team where your ideas and feedback are valued.</li> </ul> <h3>What You'll Bring to the Team</h3> <ul> <li>A degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>Experience <strong>independently delivering backend features end-to-end in a cloud environment</strong>.</li> <li>Solid experience with <strong>.NET / C#</strong> backend development.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with at least some of the following: <ul> <li>Relational databases such as <strong>PostgreSQL</strong></li> <li><strong>Docker</strong> and basic containerized workflows</li> <li>Cloud platforms such as <strong>AWS</strong></li> <li>Message-based or asynchronous systems (e.g., Kafka or equivalents)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>microservices</strong> concepts and API-driven architectures.</li> <li>Comfortable breaking down tasks, estimating work, and delivering features incrementally.</li> <li>Experience or interest in using <strong>AI-assisted coding tools</strong> (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, CodeWhisperer) to improve productivity and code quality.</li> <li>Fluent in <strong>English.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>First experience with <strong>Kafka</strong> or other streaming / messaging systems.</li> <li>Exposure to <strong>Kubernetes / ECS</strong> or cloud-native DevOps practices.</li> <li>Basic experience with performance tuning or database optimizations.</li> <li>Experience working in SaaS or API-first products.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3> <h3><strong>Culture &amp; Growth</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>A Diverse &amp; I
