<h3>Recovery Services Sales Specialist</h3><h3>Location: Remote / U.S.-Based</h3><p>Company: Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC<br>Job Type: W-2, Hourly; Full-Time or Part-Time</p><h3>Work Setup: Remote</h3><p>Schedule: Determined by management based on operational needs<br>Pay Rate and Commission: Hourly base pay at or above applicable minimum wage, plus performance incentives, including $100 commission per Operations-approved signed file, 5% backend commission on collected recovery fees, and monthly performance bonus opportunities ranging from $250–$750 based on productivity and performance<br>Travel: None<br>Benefits: Eligible for standard W-2 employee benefits, subject to plan terms and eligibility</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated Recovery Services Sales Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and convert qualified leads into signed, complete, and Operations-approved client files.</p><p>This role is ideal for a sales, customer service, client relations, call center, intake, or lead conversion professional with strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. The Recovery Services Sales Specialist will educate prospective clients on the company’s contingency-based recovery services, address questions, secure required agreements and documentation, and support a smooth transition into the claims recovery workflow.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>The Recovery Services Sales Specialist will contact assigned prospective clients using approved communication methods and explain recovery services, fee structure, claims processes, and next steps in a clear and professional manner. This role will build trust with prospective clients through ethical, transparent, and customer-focused communication.</li><li>This position will address client questions and objections using approved sales practices, obtain signed agreements and authorizations, collect onboarding documentation, and coordinate review of client records and supporting documents.</li><li>The role will maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, follow-up notes, and client communication documentation. The Recovery Services Sales Specialist will also conduct timely follow-up to maximize lead conversion opportunities and ensure prospective clients remain engaged throughout the process.</li><li>This position will coordinate with Operations, Research, Document, and Claims Processing teams to support complete file handoff, workflow accuracy, and client service quality. The specialist will also support productivity goals, conversion expectations, quality assurance standards, confidentiality requirements, and company policies.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Candidates must be legally authorized
