This role combines hands-on project leadership with direct management of PMO resources.</p><p>The PMO Manager will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Solutions, and cross-functional teams (Legal, EHS, Finance, HR, IT) to define project requirements, structure workflows, and lead large-scale initiatives to successful completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives.</p><h3><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></h3><ul><li>Own and evolve the PMO framework, including standardized PMO process flows, governance guidelines, and project management documentation to ensure consistency across initiatives.</li><li>Lead and Define project intake criteria and prioritization, evaluate new project requests and determining scop, resource needs, and required cross‑functional engagement.</li><li>Partner with Sales, Operations and Solutions teams to assess project feasibility, define requirements, and align on timelines and delivery approach.</li><li>Coordinate workstreams across departments such as Legal, EHS, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to ensure project alignment with business obje
