We are growing quickly and looking for motivated, coachable, high-performing sales professionals to join our team.</p><p>You can check out our client reviews here:</p><h3>https://www.svetness.com/reviews/</h3><h3>About the Role</h3><p>This is a full-time remote B2C sales position selling high-ticket personal training packages to warm inbound leads who are actively looking for at-home personal training.</p><p>Package values typically range from $5,000 to $15,000.</p><p>You will be taking Zoom consultations with prospects, building trust, understanding their goals, and helping them enroll into the right program.</p><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><li>Take 4 to 6 Zoom sales calls per day, typically 1 hour each</li><li>Close warm inbound leads into personal training packages</li><li>Attend daily sales meetings</li><li>Complete daily reporting and admin tasks</li><li>Work closely with appointment setters and the sales team</li><li>Follow the company sales process and coaching guidance</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Must be able to commit to full-time hours of at least 40 hours per week</li><li>Must be available for some evenings and weekends</li><li>Strong English communication skills required</li><li>Must be confident on the phone and on Zoom</li><li>Must be coachable, driven, and performance-focused</li><li>Must thrive in a fast-paced team environment</li></ul><h3>Who This Is For</h3><h3>This role is for someone who:</h3><ul><li>Wants to be paid based on results</li><li>Is hungry, disciplined, and competitive</li><li>Wants long-term growth with a strong company</li><li>Has experience in sales, closing, prospecting, or client-facing roles</li><li>Has a real interest in fitness, nutrition, and wellness</li></ul><p>Experience in high-ticket sales, insurance, phone sales, outbound prospecting, cold calling, door-to-door sales, or in-person sales is a major plus.</p><h3>Who This Is Not For</h3><h3>This role is not for someone who:</h3><ul><li>Is not comfortable with performance-based compensation</li><li>Does not communicate fluently and professionally in English</li><li>Does not want to work hard or move fast</li><li>Is not open to feedback, coaching, and accountability</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><h3>This is a commission-based role.</h3><p>You will earn approximately 8% to 12% per clo
