Relies on substantial knowledge of multiple telecommunications technologies including DWDM, Ethernet and Gig Wave type designs supported by GIS and CAD technologies. Must be able to understand Scripting and Coding to ArcGIS, Python, Conversion of KML, CSV, DWG, and Shapefiles.
