Candidates<b>must</b>reside in WA, NV, OR, AZ, UT, CO, CA, MT, ID, NM, or WY.</p></div><div><h3> </h3></div><div><p>The Junior Operations Assistant/Administrative Coordinator is responsible forassisting our customers with gaining access to our carrier platforms and keeping their data up to date.</p></div><div><h3>How You Will Contribute: </h3></div><div><ul><li><p>Help new customers establish platform credentials with our various partners. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Provide responsive customer support by diagnosing issues, troubleshooting problems, and delivering effective solutions to ensure a positive user experience. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Collect proper documentation and forms to maintain customer files accurately and consistently in accordance with department workflows and procedures. Including Process changes, terminations and transfers between agencies. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Update customer information in our internal databases, on carrier platforms, and carrier partners. Task and pend to ensure timely and accurate processing, follow up as needed. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Contribute or create a standard operation procedure for each process to be shared amongst your team for training and reference. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Provide clear communication and documentation of workflow status. Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Pursue a program of personal and professional development.</p></li><li><h3>Other duties as assigned.</h3></li></ul></div><div><h3>Skills &amp; Experience to be Successful:</h3><ul><li><p>Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, &amp; Outlook)</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Working knowledge of carrier websites (preferred)</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience with Agency Management Software Systems (preferred)</p></li></ul></div><h3>Competencies:</h3><ul><li><p>Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.</p></li><li><p>Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions and changing priorities</p></li><li><p>Excellent prioritization skills - sense of urgency</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and oral communication skills</p></li><li><h3>Creative problem solver</h3></li><li><p>Ability to accept, implement, and follow through with management decisions</p></li><li><p>Personal and emotional discipline exhibited constantly in the work environment</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize tasks and job function</p></li><li><p>Ability to complete job tasks and assi
