<p><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/david-kennedy-recruitment">David Kennedy Recruitment</a> is working with a leading online Casino and iGaming provider, who are looking to recruit a <strong>Influencer/Partnership Manager</strong> to build up and manage local market Instagram Influencer to support their online Casino brand.</p><p>Position: <strong>Influencer/Partnership Manager</strong></p><h3>Location: Denmark, Remote</h3><h3>Employment type: SLA</h3><h3>Remuneration: Base + commission</h3><h3>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3><ul><li><p>Identify and recruit local influencers, streamers, creators and community partners across Instagram</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain a strong database of influencers within the assigned market</p></li><li><p>Negotiate partnership agreements including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid and fixed-fee models</p></li><li><p>Onboard influencers by providing tracking links, promo codes, landing pages and marketing assets</p></li><li><p>Manage day-to-day influencer relationships and campaign execution</p></li><li><p>Monitor campaign performance using KPIs including FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR and player quality</p></li><li><p>Optimise existing partnerships and reactivate underperforming influencers</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Affiliate teams to improve campaign performance</p></li><li><p>Monitor competitor activity and identify emerging influencer trends within the local market</p></li><li><p>Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and partnership opportunities</p></li><li><p>Ensure all promotional activities comply with local advertising regulations and compliance requirements.</p></li></ul><h3>REQUIREMENTS:</h3><ul><li><p>Experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnership Management, Affiliate Management or KOL Management</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of the local market and influencer landscape</p></li><li><p>Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills</p></li><li><p>Commercial mindset with a focus on acquisition and performance metrics</p></li><li><p>Fluent in the local market language and good command of English</p></li><li><p>Experience within iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto Casino or Affiliate Marketing</p></li><li><p>Experience working with CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid partnership models</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, promo codes and landing page optimisation</p></li><li><p>Experience launching campaigns in regulated or emerging iGaming markets.</p></li></ul><h3>BENEFITS:</h3><ul><li><p>Remote, market-based role under an SLA agreement</p></li><li><p>Performance-based commission for successful influencer activations</p></li><li><p>One-time commission based on depositing player milestones</p></li><li><p>Monthly recurring commission for high-performing long-term influencer partnerships</p></li><li><p>Unlimited earning potential based on campaign success</p></li><li><p>Flexible working environment with autonomy to develop
