They also deliver prepaid consulting services, including bespoke reporting and quality analysis. They currently focus on the ESG product, but are now including additional products such as D4H, Lone Worker and Chemical Manager.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><p><em>Multi product delivery:</em> Develop proficiency in implementation and services for 2 or more SaaS products.</p></li></ul><div><ul><li><p><em>Onboarding &amp; Delivery:</em> Independently manage multiple customer onboarding projects, including complex and multi-product implementations. This includes leading client workshops and training, managing timelines, supporting change management, and ensuring delivery follows best practices.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><em>Customer &amp; Stakeholder Management:</em> Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring customer excellence and strong internal collaboration. Handle challenges with clear communication and proactive problem-solvi
