This role serves as the day-to-day owner of facilities operations, vendor coordination, and landlord accountability across the portfolio while operating within established standards, approval thresholds, and strategic direction set by the <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/petfolk">Petfolk</a> Development team. You'll have real authority and clear ownership. You'll also operate within a structured framework of standards, approvals, and accountability.
