You know when a task does or doesn't move the needle.</li><li><b>Builder:</b> You want to be part of something lasting — a brokerage that honors tradition, values talent, and is building the future of middle-market insurance.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>10+ years of experience as a commercial lines producer, primarily within the middle-market and/or large account space.</li><li>Proven record of <b>sales success</b>, consistently meeting or exceeding new business and retention goals.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to <b>build, grow, and sustain a profitable book of business</b> through strategic prospecting and relationship management.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to articulate value and win trust with executive-level clients.</li><li>Active, current P&amp;C License (advanced designations such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM a plus).</li><li>Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to wi
