With a presence across North and South America, as well as Europe, the team values speed, creativity, efficiency, and strong client relationships.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong><br>The B2B Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand growth, lead generation, and marketing execution within the foodservice packaging sector. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B marketing, understands how to engage business audiences, and can translate customer insights into effective campaigns, content, and brand positioning.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Marketing Strategy &amp; Lead Generation</h3><ul><li>Plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies targeting fast-casual and quick-service restaurant decision-makers.</li><li>Drive lead generation through email campaigns, content marketing, social media, SEO, and digital initiatives.</li><li>Support the development of campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.</li><li>Track marketing performance and use insights to improve future campaigns.</li></ul><h3>Market Research &amp; Positioning</h3><ul><li>Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, competitors, and market opportunities.</li><li>Use insights to shape marketing strategies, messaging, and product positioning.</li><li>Identify opportunities to strengthen the company’s presence as a trusted and innovative packaging supplier.</li></ul><h3>Content &amp; Brand Management</h3><ul><li>Create and manage content across blogs, newsletters, social media, digital catalogs, and other marketing channels.</li><li>Maintain a consistent, engaging, and professional brand voice across all materials.</li><li>Ensure branding is consistent across marketing collateral, sales materials, customer touchpoints, and digital platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually compelling and effective marketing assets.</li></ul><h3>Events &amp; Trade Shows</h3><ul><li>Organize participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.</li><li>Support logistics, booth design, marketing collateral, and event preparation.</li><li>Help maximize brand vi
