This role provides meaningful responsibility for someone who values accountability, precision, and visible enterprise‑level impact, making it ideal for an Executive Assistant who wants to be trusted as an operating partner, exercise sound judgment daily, and contribute significantly to how work gets done at <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/fortive">Fortive</a>.</p><h3>Support Priorities</h3><h3>Primary Support</h3><p style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:6.0pt;">• <strong>President</strong> — full‑scope executive partnership, including calendar and priority management, communications support, meeting cadence and Rhythm of Business (ROB), travel and expenses, and day‑to‑day operating leverage.</p><h3>Secondary Support</h3><p style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:6.0pt;">• <strong>VP, GM, Equipment Quality Assurance</strong>— targeted support including calendar coordination, travel planning, and task‑based assistance as needed, aligned to availability and enterprise priorities.</p><h3>Prioritization &amp; Governance</h3><p style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:6.0pt;">• The VP of Talent Enablement sets Executive Assistant prioritization and allocation of support.</p><p style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:6.0pt;"><strong>Scope of Responsibilities</strong><strong>Executive Time Leverage &amp; Communications</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;vertical-align:middle;">Proactively triage inbox and communications, drafting and sending messages in the executive’s voice as appropriate.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;vertical-align:middle;">Prepare executive for meetings by ensuring access to relevant meeting materials including purpose, agenda, pre-reads. Assist with relevant follow-up tasks.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;vertical-align:middle;">Enforce scheduling hierarchy, protect personal and professional commitments, and preserve daily focus time.</li><li style="line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;vertical-align:middle;">Prepare daily agendas, decision packets as needed, room and technology setups, and executive readiness materials.</li
