E3n exists to deepen school impact and advance whole-student growth by uniting academic and enrollment leadership around shared, data-driven insights.</p><p>E3n provides comprehensive assessments, professional tools, conferences, and analytics that help independent schools demonstrate their value and support student success from pre-enrollment through graduation—extending beyond academic performance to include student well-being, sense of belonging, and social-emotional development.</p><h3>About the Opportunity </h3><p style="line-height:1.3800000000000001;">We are seeking a Senior Director, Admissions Testing Programs to lead the strategy, growth, and evolution of E3n’s admissions assessment portfolio, including its ISEE, SSAT, test preparation offerings, and future blended admissions assessment.</p><p>This role is ideal for a product-oriented leader who combines strategic vision with execution discipline—someone who is energized by solving meaningful customer problems, aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals, and bringing complex solutions to market.
