We create quality, affordable homes and engage with our residents to foster a strong sense of community and connection. </p><p>Join us in making a difference in people’s lives every day at a company where you can challenge yourself to develop both personally and professionally. </p><h3>POSITION SUMMARY:</h3><p>The Draw Coordinator provides specialized administrative support to the Architecture and Construction teams as well as the Construction Accounting team. </p><h3>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: </h3><ol><li>Collaborates with internal Construction, Architecture, and Accounting teams to prepare and submit draw documents. </li><li>Facilitates communication with lenders, title companies, general contractors, and other external stakeholders.</li><li>Collects and manages monthly subcontractor or consultant billings and general conditions invoices.</li><li>Reviews pay applications for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Organizes and maintains files and reports to ensure efficient access and management.</li><li>Enters payables into the Yardi system for project-related expenditures.</li><li>Coordinates with Accounting to record and reconcile funded draws.</li><li>Handles various special projects as assigned. </li></ol><h3>QUALIFICATIONS:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree </li><li>2 or more years of construction or title company experience preferred</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficient with computers in all aspects with the ability to navigate file structures efficiently</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently to complete goals</li><li>Ability to understand contract documents </li></ul><p><strong>PAY:</strong> $58,000/year - $62,000/year + 5% bonus eligibility</p><p><strong>About Us</strong>: <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/dominium">Dominium</a> is a purpose-driven leader in affordable housing.
