Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. </p><p>Data Center Senior Commissioning Engineer (Electrical)</p><h3>Location: Remote (US)</h3><p>Responsible for carrying out the following duties specific to your position:</p><ul><li>Have fluency with the commissioning processes and deliverables covered in ASHRAE commissioning requirements and guidelines.</li><li>Apply your knowledge and experience in data center electrical equipment factory testing (L1), installation inspections (L2), startup and pre-functional testing (L3), functional and acceptance testing (L4) and integrated systems testing (L5).</li><li>Work directly and coordinate with General Contractors, sub-contractors, inspectors, AHJs, and others involved with the QA/QC and Commissioning execution for large-scale (25MW+) data center projects.</li><li>Monitor, review, and execute data center Commissioning projects by providing exceptional technical and field activities. In addition, demonstrate strong management and technical functions throughout the design, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases of projects.</li><li>Protect <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/jll">JLL</a>’s contractual position and ensure our work meets contracted requirements.</li><li>Develop or manage the development of Commissioning Plans and Commissioning Specifications for the project electrical infrastructure.</li><li>Develop, implement and execute electrical QA/QC inspection programs for large, complex, critical facility construction and commissioning projects including developing inspection and commissioning checklists, test scripts and procedures, and other required documentation required by the Owner’s and/or General Contractor’s QA/QC program.</li><li>Carry out field-based commissioning activities for the electrical infrastructure, including:<ul><li>Develop Start-up test forms; witness and approve contractor and vendor execution</li><li>Develop Functional test scripts; manage, direct and witness execution</li><li>Develop Integrated Systems test scripts, direct and witness execution</li></ul></li><li>Write detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Methods-of-Procedures (MOPs) for the electrical distribution equipment.</li><li>Develop and compile project electrical documentation into site/project specific Systems Manuals.</li><li>Possess a strong prof
