These products are used across multiple programs and business units. This role requires interfacing closely with program teams to integrate products seamlessly, ensuring that the software solutions meet program-specific needs and performance standards.</p><p>This manager will shape and manage the relationship between program teams and business partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring that both parties work towards common objectives. Standardizing metrics and reporting processes will be essential to track performance, assess progress, and drive continuous improvement across the team.
