<p><strong>Shift Schedule:</strong>This is a <strong>12-hour day shift</strong> (5:45 PM to 6:15 AM Mountain Time), operating on a <strong>12/7 rotational schedule</strong>. The rotation is as follows:</p>

<strong>Week 1:</strong> Work <strong>Sunday through Tuesday</strong> (3 consecutive days)</li>
<li>
<strong>Week 2:</strong> Work <strong>Saturday</strong><strong>through Tuesday</strong> (4 consecutive days)</li>
</ul>
<p>The schedule rotates on a bi-weekly basis.</p>
</div>
<p>This rotation then repeats every two weeks, providing built-in extended breaks and predictability for work-life balance.</p>
<p><strong>Holiday:</strong>You will be required to work the holiday if a holiday lands during your shift. Holiday pay includes your hours worked, plus 8 hours of holiday at your regular hourly rate.</p>
<p><strong>Onboarding and Training Schedule:</strong>For the purposes of onboarding and training, the shift fir this position for the first 3 weeks will be Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain.</p>

<h3>Who you are</h3>
<p>You are a motivated and customer-focused Level II system administrator who supports our clients Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure. You have hands-on expertise in server/OS, networking, and storage systems, and will play a critical role in supporting multiple client’s environments.</p>
<h3>You know how to:</h3>
<div><ul>
<li>Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and storage systems following pre-defined process.</li>
<li>Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.</li>
<li>Implement automation scripts to streamline routine tasks at the direction and support of our engineering department.</li>
<li>Support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing network improvements through the direction of the engineering department</li>
<li>Support storage solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability.</li>
<li>Support regular backups and disaster recovery testing at the direction of the engineering department and know process documentation.</li>
<li>Experience patching various devices with known process and tools during a patching cycle</li>
<li>Manage virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.</li>
<li>Support robust IAM policy and security measures within the public cloud.</li>
<li>Build/Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.</li
