People who not only embrace change, but who accelerate it.<h3> <br>Job Description</h3><p>As a Business Systems Analyst, you will transform, maintain, and enhance Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and associated applications to meet Finance business needs. This role involves global, cross-functional collaboration to implement and optimize Billing, Revenue, Collection, Intercompany, and Accounting processes. Your Oracle and domain expertise is vital for delivering innovative, user-friendly solutions.</p><h3><b>Responsibilities</b></h3><ul> <li><p>Manage Oracle Fusion/EBS and boundary apps (80% functional, 20% technical).</p></li> <li><p>Review Order-to-Cash for billing, revenue, and accounting of hardware, services, subscriptions, and bundles.</p></li> <li><p>Design/own billing processes: e-invoicing (international compliance), project/non-project billing, and invoice documents.</p></li> <li><p>Administer integrations: Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Vertex, and boundary apps.</p></li> <li><p>Troubleshoot/debug system issues, providing business-level root cause insights/solutions.</p></li> <li><p>Leverage Oracle's AI/Agentic AI for efficiency and better business outcomes.</p></li> <li><p>Drive process simplification and adopt best practices for enhanced user experience.</p></li> <li><p>Collaborate with global stakeholders (US, EMEA, etc.) in a fast-paced, Agile environment.</p></li> </ul><h3><b>Requirements</b></h3><ul> <li><p>B.S./M.S. in Comp Sci, CPA, or related field. </p></li> <li><p>5+ years with Oracle Fusion and EBS, focusing on billing, revenue, and accounting for hardware, services, subscriptions, and bundled offers. </p></li> <li><p>Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.</p></li> </ul><p>Target Base Salary Range: $110,000 USD - $125,000 USD</p><p>Consistent with <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/motorola-solutions">Motorola Soluti
