This role oversees the 3D modeling and coordination process across one or more projects, always striving to deliver the most efficient and value-driven product on their assigned projects. Assist the BIM/VDC Manager to cultivate a team focused on strategic planning, cost-conscious execution, and continuous improvement to enhance project outcomes.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Promote company culture, attitude, and commitment.</li> <li>Support team members in interpreting code requirements, developing and executing project</li> </ul><p>strategies, and applying the company’s best practices throughout the process.</p><ul><li>Manage BIM subcontractors on specific job assignments.</li> <li>Participate in weekly staff meetings to confirm that the team is meeting deadlines, optimizing</li> </ul><h3>capacity, and maintaining quality.</h3><ul><li>Participate in weekly project meetings to support team members.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of how to create effective BIM budgets and assist BIM/VDC Manager on</li> </ul><h3>pre- and post-bid submissions.</h3><ul><li>Review actual and projected costs against project budgets with the BIM/VDC Manager to identify</li> </ul><h3>trends and areas for improvement.</h3><ul><li>Participate in project close-out reporting/meetings to share lessons learned with project/BIM team</li> </ul><h3>members.</h3><ul><li>Assist Regional operations teams and BIM/VDC Managers to keep up with software</li> </ul><p>developments, database improvements, BIM/VDC advancements, and training initiatives.</p
