We are seeking an <b>Associate Account Executive</b> to join our dynamic team! At <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/broadridge">Broadridge</a> you will work with the largest wealth organizations in the US and abroad introducing and evangelizing our Advisor Solutions to the marketplace. You will be on the cutting edge of omni-channel digital solutions focused on Financial Advisors who are and seeking to grow their book of business within their firms. You will partner with a sales team, account management, and others engaging with clients to develop awareness, understanding, and identifying opportunities for growth across both organizations.</p><p>We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role has the flexibility to work remotely.</p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><p>Generate and qualify new leads through phone, email and social media.</p></li><li><p>Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients</p></li><li><p>Devise and implement creative outbound sales strategies to help fuel growth and build the sales pipeline</p></li><li><p>Track and report all prospecting and sales activities in a CRM and other marketing automation tools</p></li><li><h3>Help manage marketing campaigns</h3></li><li><h3>Qualify calls for Account Executives</h3></li><li><p>Partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business</p></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b><u><b>:</b></u></p><ul><li><p>Sales background, with a passion for technology solution-based selling</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related experience</p></li><li><p>Driven with a strong sense of urgency and a belief in the <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/broadridge">Broadridge</a> mission</p></li><li><p>Ability to deliver high call volumes in the pursuit of pipeline development goals</p></li><li><p>Entrepreneurial initiative that is motivated by building new customers and expanding upon existing relationships</p></li><li><p>Ability to overcome objections and bypass gatekeepers </p></li><li><p>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</p></li><li><h3>Functional/technical skills Office 365</h3></li><li><h3>Experience with digital tools</h3></li><li><p>Process management experience including CRM</p></li></ul><p>Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between <i>$20.00-$23.00 (hourly wage) USD. </i></p><p><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/broadridge">Broadridge</a> considers various fa
