You’ll own the renewal process and lead all expansion efforts, including upsells and cross-sells, by diving deep into client relationships, uncovering their needs, and helping them achieve their goals with our products. Success in this role will be measured by increasing client retention rates, achieving both your annual renewal , and expansion quotas through adoption and growth of our Conversation Intelligence Platform. If you love building expansion pipeline through strategic account planning and referential selling and have a demonstrated history of exceeding quota, this role is for you.</div><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li><strong>Sell and Renew with Confidence:</strong> Consistently meet or exceed assigned renewal and expansion quotas to drive revenue growth, while developing informed, strategic retention and growth plans in partnership with your Customer Success Manager. Lead renewals with confidence so clients feel valued, supported, and excited to sign on for another year (or more), and proactively anticipate and address risks well before renewal time—because surprises are for birthdays, not contracts.</li><li><strong>Drive Growth Like a Pro:</strong> Build pipeline through focused weekly outbound activities, own upsell and cross-sell opportunities by showing clients how <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/mongoose">Mongoose</a> can solve even more of their challenges, and expand our footprint within schools by introducing our solutions to new departments and teams that didn’t know they needed us—until you showed them.</li><li><strong>Be the Client’s MVP:</strong> Build rock
