Compensation is based on<b>active interpretation minutes</b>.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide professional<b>consecutive over-the-phone interpretation</b>between<b>English and the target language.</b></li><li>Facilitate clear, accurate, and impartial communication across various industries.</li><li>Adhere to industry standards, confidentiality protocols, and ethical interpreting practices.</li><li>Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients and limited-English proficient (LEP) individuals.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>At least 6 months of professional OPI experience</b>(required) Knowledge of<b>OPI interpreting protocols and formal training</b>(greetings, confidentiality, turn-taking)</li><li><b>Strong</b><b>English proficiency</b>(clear pronunciation, grammar, and communication skills)<br></li></ul><p><b>Reliable equipment</b>:</p><ul><li>Computer (Windows 10 or 11 preferred)</li><li>USB headset (Bluetooth headsets not allowed)</li><li>Stable internet connection</li></ul><h3>Why Join Us?</h3><ul><li><b>
