This is a <strong>high-velocity, low-ACV, short-sales-cycle environment.</strong> We don't want "relationship managers" or order-takers. We want <strong>true hunters</strong> who genuinely enjoy the prospecting grind, thrive on cold outreach, and know how to drive a high volume of deals from discovery to close with extreme urgency.</p><hr><h3>💡 The Profile We’re Looking For (Our Core Pillars)</h3><p>Our CEO defines our top performers by three distinct traits. You can execute and win without perfect information or hand-holding.</p></li></ul><hr><h3>🎯 What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Hunt & Close:</strong> Own the full, high-cadence SMB sales cycle end-to-end. You will relentlessly self-source outbound prospects while aggressively converting SQLs from our SDRs and Creative Specialists.</p></li><li><p><strong>Short-Cycle Mastery:</strong> Move prospects from cold outreach, to discovery/demo, to closed-won within a <strong>1–2 week timeline.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Pipeline Discipline:</strong> Manage your funnel in HubSpot with military precision—high activity metrics, clean forecasting, and meticulous follow-through are baseline requirements.</p></li><li><p><strong>Industry Education:</strong> Become an expert in the backbone of the global economy. We will teach you the ins and outs of supply chain, manufacturing, design, and product development so you can challenge your prospects and map high-value solutions.</p></li><li><p><strong>Exceed Targets:</strong> Hit and smash monthly and quarterly uncapped revenue quotas.</p></li></ul><hr><h3>🧩 What You Bring</h3><ul><li><p><strong>3+ years of Sales / Account Executive experience</strong> with a proven track record
