These guidelines apply to insurance products, such as Medicare Advantage, Part D, Group Specialty, and Individual Specialty. Additionally, you will assess risk and consult on licensure or corporate structure.<p>The Senior Insurance Product Compliance Professional partners with internal stakeholders and serves as a <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/humana">Humana</a> liaison. You will draft, file, and negotiate approval with state and federal regulators for service area expansions. Additionally, you will prepare product-specific documents, contracts, licenses, member communications, or marketing materials. Throughout these tasks, you will safeguard <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/humana">Humana</a>'s brand and support the implementation and maintenance of compliant insurance products in collaboration with responsible business owners.</p><h3><br><b>Use your skills to make an impact </b><br></h3><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>3+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid compliance</p></li><li><p>Ability to summarize complex information and tailor communication based on audience (i.e., contracts, federal and state regulations)</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently while maintaining focus and managing deliverables to meet critical internal and external deadlines</p></li><li><p>Ability to affect change in a highly matrixed organization, leveraging data and facts to influence decision-makers</p></li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li><h3>Experience working with State Agencies</h3></li><li><p>Understanding of State and Federal Regulations</p></li><li><p>Experience specific to Dual Eligible members and healthcare plans for MA DSNP product offerings</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/humana">Humana</a>'s internal policies, procedures, and systems</p></li></ul>Work at Home RequirementsTo ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
