The ESO must have a strong background in credit fundamentals to evaluate financial worthiness of prospective and current clients. Responsible for originating new customer relationships through direct channels, primarily targeting middle market companies in construction, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.<br><br>Pay Range: $140,000 - $190,000Pay Range: Local Minimum Wage - $0.00 - $0.00<p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></u></p><div><div><h3>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</h3></div><div><ul><li><p>Identifyandsolicitnew business prospectsthrough direct contacting efforts,representingFlagstar Financialin the market to build a strong network of sales opportunities. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Devloppartnerships with Flagstar bankers across Commercial and Private Banking Groups to provide financing solutions to both new and existing clients. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Leverage industry insight, product knowledge, and communication skills to develop strong relationships with new&existingclients.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Achieve/exceednew business volumequotasand portfolio growth goals setannuallyby management. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Evaluate all aspects of potential transactions includingfinancialposition of clients and transaction structure. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Partnerwith credit and documentation teamsto meetserviceexpectationsand managerisk.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Monitor existing client creditworthiness on an ongoing basis and remain proactive with respect to changing dynamics of market conditions and competition. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Usesindependent judgement and discretion to make decisions. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Analyzes and resolves problemspertaining toclient transactions and service levels. </p></li></ul></div><div><h3>ADDITIONALACCOUNTABILITIES</h3></div><div><ul><li><p>Performs special projects, andadditionalduties and responsibilities asrequired.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Consistently adheresto regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listedand complete required compliance trainings.Accountable tomaintaincompliance with applicable federal,stateand local laws and regulations. </p></li></ul></div><div><h3>JOB REQUIREMENTS </h3></div></div><div><div><h3>Required Qualifications:</h3></div><div><ul><li><p>Education levelrequired:High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Minimum experi
