This is a dynamic role combining lead generation, client engagement, and account management support, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of SDR or sales experience.</p><p>This opportunity is perfect for professionals seeking remote SDR jobs, B2B sales roles, or career growth into Account Executive positions within a structured and high-performing sales environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, and sales engagement platforms </li><li> Generate and qualify leads within the UK and EU markets </li><li> Book meetings and support pipeline development </li><li> Deliver high-quality client engagement and follow-up communication </li><li> Manage and update CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales tools (Salesloft) </li><li> Support account management and nurture existing client relationships </li><li> Consistently meet KPIs related to activity, pipeline generation, and conversions </li><li> Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover to closers/account managers</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Development, SDR, or B2B sales roles </li></ul><ul><li> Strong experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation </li><li> Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) </li><li> Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar sales tools </li><li> Proven ability to multitask, manage pipelines, and stay organized </li><li> Strong understanding of sales processes and client management </li><li> Ability to work in UK/European time zones</li></ul><h3>Preferred:</h3><ul><li> Experience in IT, Software, or SaaS sales </li><li> Background in customer service or account management </li><li> Exposure to structured, process-driven sales environments</li></ul><h3>
