This individual will own program performance across multiple therapeutic areas for both clinicians and patients/caregivers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, data-driven marketer who can craft compelling messaging, manage budgets, and translate audience and performance insights into measurable results. </p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Ensure performance goals and KPI milestones are met for all assigned programs</li><li>Develop and execute effective strategies to increase audience acquisition and engagement with assigned video education programs</li><li>Create powerful messaging that engages target audiences</li><li>Monitor audience engagement and acquisition metrics and adjust strategies accordingly</li><li>Present program performance and marketing strategies to internal stakeholders</li><li>Manage marketing budgets for assigned programs and deliver spend at or below budget</li><li>Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign workflows, enhance content development, and improve efficiency in performance analysis and reporting</li></ul><h3>Qualifications &amp; Experiences:</h3><ul><li>8+ years of experience in digital marketing or audience engagement, preferably within a digital health, education, or media environment</li><li>Proven track record of developing and executing email campaigns and engagement and acquisition strategies that meet or exceed KPIs</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy</li><li>Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering programs at or below budget</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to own multiple campaigns simultaneously; familiarity with leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency is a plus</li></ul><p>The expected salary range for this position is $80,000–$110,000, determined by relevant experience.</p><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
