<h3>Tasks</h3><h3>Workday Analyst/Developer</h3><h3>Remote ( anywhere in Europe)</h3><h3>6months Contract with possible extension</h3><p>We are currently looking for candidates based in the <strong>EMEA</strong>. Please note this is a fully remote role. </p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support configuration across Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance functionality based on business requirements</li><li>Troubleshoot system issues and partner with leads to identify root cause and resolution</li><li>Create and maintain documentation related to configuration, business processes, and system design decisions</li><li>Develop and execute test scripts for functional updates, enhancements, and releases</li><li>Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), including defect tracking and resolution</li><li>Assist in configuring and updating business processes, notifications, and system settings</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to validate requirements and confirm expected system behavior</li><li>Ensure changes are documented and aligned to governance standards</li><li>Support release activities including regression testing and impact analysis</li><li>Participate in working sessions with project teams and functional leads</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Working knowledge of Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance modules</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to create clear, structured documentation (config, testing, process flows)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>Clear communication with both functional and technical stakeholders</li></ul><h3>Required Experience</h3><ul><li>3–5 years of Workday functional experience</li><li>Hands-on experience supporting configuration and testing in Learning, Talent, or Performance</li><li>Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or releases</li><li>Experience documenting business processes and configuration decisions</li><li>Exposure to global HR environments preferred</li></ul><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
