<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant</strong> with deep expertise in <strong>SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)</strong> to support and optimize our end‑to‑end OTC processes. The ideal candidate brings strong functional knowledge of SAP OTC modules, hands-on experience in the CPG or Wholesale sector, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient SAP solutions.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Solution Design &amp; Process Optimization</h3><ul><li>Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of <strong>OTC processes</strong> within SAP ECC or S/4HANA.</li><li>Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to identify gaps, define requirements, and recommend best‑practice solutions.</li><li>Configure and enhance SAP modules related to <strong>Order Management, Pricing, Deliveries, Billing, Credit Management</strong>, and <strong>Customer Master Data</strong>.</li></ul><h3>Project Execution &amp; System Deployment</h3><ul><li>Support full project lifecycle activities including blueprinting, configuration, testing (UT, SIT, UAT), go-live preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.</li><li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams involved in <strong>Procure‑to‑Pay, Logistics Execution, Demand Planning, Finance</strong>, and <strong>Master Data</strong>.</li></ul><h3>Industry Expertise – CPG &amp; Wholesale</h3><ul><li>Apply industry-specific best practices for high-volume order processing, promotions, trade terms, distribution challenges, and direct/indirect sales channels.</li><li>Optimize processes for <strong>service level performance</strong>, <strong>inventory accuracy</strong>, and <strong>customer fulfillment efficiency</strong>.</li></ul><h3>Support &amp; Continuous Improvement</h3><ul><li>Provide level 2/3 functional support for SAP OTC operations.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement permanent fixes.</li><li>Propose continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency and system reliability.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills &amp; Experience</h3><h3>Technical Requirements</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience as an <strong>SAP OTC or SAP SCM Consultant</strong>.</li><li>Strong expertise in <strong>SAP SD (Sales &amp; Distribution)</strong> and OTC-related integration with </li><ul><li><strong>MM</strong> (Materials Management)</li><li><strong>FI</strong> (Finance)</li><li><strong>WM/EWM</strong> (Warehouse)</li><li><strong>TM</strong> (Transportation), an asset</li></ul><li>Hands-on experience in <strong>SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of IDoc processing, EDI, pricing configuration, and master data governance.</li></ul><h3>Industry Experience</h3><ul><li>Proven background in <strong>Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)</strong> and/or <strong>Wholesale distribution</strong>.</li><li>Understanding of high-volume sales, order automation, trade promotions, and retail/wholesale customer requirements.</li></ul><h3>Soft Skills</h3><ul><li>S
