Together, we are making a difference in the lives of patients around the world.</p><h3>SUMMARY OF DUTIES</h3>As a Tender & Contract Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in managing the full life-cycle of tenders and contracts. Your work will ensure that our submissions are timely, compliant, and aligned with business goals.<h3>ESSENTIAL FUNCTION PERFORMED</h3><br><ul><li><b>Tender Intelligence:</b> Monitor and analyze tender alerts to identify opportunities aligned with Merit Medical’s product portfolio.</li><li><b>Submission Excellence:</b> Prepare and submit compelling, compliant tender applications via web portals or email.</li><li><b>Strategic Coordination:</b> Collaborate with Sales to develop pricing strategies and ensure timely, accurate submissions.</li><li><b>Contract Administration:</b> Maintain awarded tenders in our Oracle system and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations.</li><li><b>Catalogue Management:</b> Keep e-catalogues and product classifications up to date and accurate.</li><li><b>Performance Insights:</b> Analyze contract awards and performance metrics, including price adjustments and usage trends.</li><li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</b> Work closely with Regulatory, Legal, and HR teams to ensure complete and compliant submissions.</li><li><b>Sales Enablement:</b> Proactively inform Sales of upcoming tender renewals to support timely customer engagement.</li><li><b>Continuous Improvement:</b> Contribute to diverse projects aimed at enhancing and streamlining our internal processes.</li><li><b>Additional tasks:</b> Providing support with additional tasks and assisting colleagues across regions, as needed</li></ul><h3>SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</h3><br><ul><li>Associate’s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in tender or contract management, or a related field is a preference</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools</li><li>Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)se tools.</li><li>Experience with tender portals and/or ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP)</li><li>Experience working in a cross-functional and/or international environment</li><li>Experience in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, public procurement)</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)</li><li>Additional European languages are a plus<br></li></ul><h3>CORE COMPETENCIES</h3><br><ul><li><b>Attention to detail & accuracy</b> – ensures compliant, error-free submissions</li><li><b>Planning & prioritisation</b> – manages multiple deadlines effectively</li><li><b>Ownership & accountability</b> – takes responsibility for end-to-end delivery</li><li><b>Communication &
