<h3><strong>About A1</strong></h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks that are not AI-native. Our mission is to build a proactive smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal prompting.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior. Our objective is to help users complete tasks daily enjoyable with over ~90%* reduced time.</p><h3>Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will support end-to-end recruiting for A1’s product, engineering, and business roles.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving smoothly and accurately. It’s a good fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn how high-quality technical hiring actually works in practice.</p><h3>What you will be doing</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source candidates through a mix of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data quality and process consistency.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help keep hiring operations organised, responsive, and moving at pace.</p></li></ul><h3>What you will need</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles<br>(fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Clear written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to manage mul
